I purchased four of these office chairs for my staff. They all love them, both between the style and the comfort. My favorite feature would have to be the degree to which the chair reclines. It's so comfortable, especially with the headrest, that you could almost take a nap in it. The chairs also have a quality feel to them, roll smoothly and have a lot of adjustability. My only complaint with the chair itself would be the position of the lumbar support. Ideally, it would either be adjustable or positioned a bit higher. The current position of the lumbar makes it slightly awkward to sit upright at a desk. As for the assembly, it was easy for the most part other than attaching the back support to the seat. The screw holes are somewhat obscured, so it's hard to fit your hand in the space. All things considered, however, this is a top notch chair and I would highly recommend it, especially if you can get it for the $200 lightning deal.
