I really like this desk. I got the rustic brown one, and it is just gorgeous. It's a very sturdy desk. A lot of the stuff I end up ordering on Amazon is flimsy or just low quality, and I have just come to expect that at this point, but this desk is simply sturdy. Even the hardware was very sturdy and did not feel cheap at all. It rivals anything I'd purchase in the store. I believe the price for this desk is very fair.Everything about this desk and experience has been nothing short of top-notch, even down to the instruction manual. The instructions were so clearly written. I know that sounds like a minor thing, and I'd of been fine with an instruction manual that was difficult to read through, it wouldn't have bothered me or anything, but it was just one more thing that showed me how much due diligence these guys have put in to their product.A note about the size, in the hopes it will help someone: I got the 47''. It's the perfect size for me, personally - enough room for my clunky laptop, desk lamp, stack of notebooks, some art supplies, and enough room to draw/write comfortably. Not too big and not too little - just right. I hope the picture I'm including helps give a good idea. Initially I was debating between the 47'' and the smaller 40'', unsure of which would be best. Really happy I went with the 47'', because after getting the desk, I realize now the 40'' would have been too small to suit my needs. I think this desk is the perfect size for a working desk, but smaller might be difficult. If you're on the fence and unsure if the 40'' would be too small for you, I'd suggest to go with the 47''. But that's just my opinion - asses what you need the desk for, and make the call based on that. Make sure to measure whatever space you're planning to put it in of course.About the weight - this desk is lightweight enough to move around with ease. That's been useful for me as I'm one person and not particularly strong. It comes with little protective feet, but I think they're a tad rough and I'd suggest putting some additional sort of little felt tips on the bottom if you have hardwood floors, but that is just good practice in general. The side pocket is really spacious. It's not cheap or flimsy. I have definitely put that to use. I did not use the headphone thing, so I can't comment on that. But it's a really cool thing to include. Finally - a word about customer service. Oh man. This is probably the best customer service experience i have ever had on Amazon. My desk was slightly damaged during the shipping process. I really wasn't sure how to handle it. I did not want to go through Amazon since I've found them so rigid and difficult to deal with, so I reached out to the seller instead, not sure what would come of that. I was contacted back by Zain. He took care of it immediately and offered to send me a replacement at no charge, or a partial refund, whichever worked best for me. Packages are a bit difficult for me to receive, and I let him know I wasn't sure if I could get another and he was more than fine to wait, give me whatever time I needed. The guy was just insanely easy to deal with, a real delight, on top of taking care of everything. Ultimately I am getting the replacement issued. I truly appreciated this experience. I have had so many poor experiences on Amazon, and this really boosted my spirits. I feel like you don't need to worry if you buy this desk.Overall, I feel like this was such a great find, and at a really decent price too. It's exactly what I'd hope to spend on a desk like this, if not a little less. The quality is great, the desk is sturdy, it was easy to maneuver, and the customer service is absolutely top notch. I felt like these guys have really put the effort in to making this a solid offer all around, even for the smallest details. 5 solid stars for these guys. You can't go wrong with this!Oh yeah, I forgot to mention - mine came with something extra in the hardware. They were labeled 'C-clips'. I did not know what this was, and assumed I'd gotten some extra hardware mistakenly. Well I opened it up today - it's actually a set of 4 little magnets with the 'C' on them from the CubiCubi! Haha I actually really like these magnets and put them on my fridge. Just wanted to say, if you receive these mysterious 'C-clips' and are unsure of what it is, open it up, it's just some cool little magnets! I'm not sure if I received them by mistake in my order or not, but I really needed some magnets so if so, that was a really useful mistake.EDIT: I heard back from the company regarding the 'C-clips'. It turns out these are intentional - they are actually a utility to help manage your cords - you fix them on to the leg of the desk, on top of your cord. Attaching the picture they sent me to demonstrate, in case it helps anyone. I think I'll use mine as fridge magnets though as I don't have cords to worry about!I got this just for the tabletop to put on a desk I love. I was going to give the frame away to someone for a shed, they could cut a quarter off of a piece of plywood for a desk top but I decided to keep it and do the same. The legs are sturdy and I'm going to get some M6 t-nuts and use the bolts it came with. No rust on the legs or bolts so I'm going to use it. It was so cheap I thought the legs might be sub-par but it is actually great. The tabletop itself came undamaged, no dinged edges or scratches and it worked great on my old desk. It is about 6/8 of an inch think, so an eighth of an inch shy of a half. It is a bit thin but this is actually thicker than what I had on it by maybe a 1/16th so I'm not complaining. It is textured fake wood, it isn't a completely smooth laminate that is just a print. I like it.So I can recommend this table, although I only bought it for the tabletop I'm going to use the legs for some storage since they are so sturdy. I might even use the hook and side pouch they came with, the hook I'll just drill a hole in the top and screw to the bottom of the tabletop and the bag I'll put on the legs in storage. getting it I did not think it would have been this high of quality. My desk space is basically a closet with no door, and is really small (42" wide), so it's been trying to find a good table or desk. This fit perfect and is holding up my electric sit-stand desk, as well as a laptop and additional monitor. The only thing that has been a challenge is that the stabilizer bars in the back get in the way of putting a 2 drawer cabinet with wheels under the table. I can fit the drawers under, but can't push it back beyond the table since the stabilizer is in the way. Very easy to assemble and sturdy material.Having read horrible reviews of similar products from other manufacturers I decided to to go with CubiCubi because of the number of reviews (thousands). The package arrived in good shape, was well packed and contained everything that was supposed to be there. No dinged corners, no bent pieces.... hurrah! The instructions could have been a little clearer, especially regarding attaching part A to the leg assembly. Exploded views would have helped. From reviews of similar products hole alignment was often an issue - no problem here! Took two of us about an hour to assemble the desk. Everything went together well. Thank you for a well made and well packed product.**I purposefully placed the hook on the inside. This feature, as well as the associated pouch, are intended to be visible from the outside.I bought this desk to replace an l-shaped desk. I appreciate the size and stability. The setup is a 10/10. I am 5'5 and have plenty of leg room. The construction is light but strong. The depth is also quite substantial in comparison to the overall width. In addition, if you're looking to pair a mount, I recommend the following: MOUNT PRO Computer Monitor and Laptop Desk Mount Combo, Height Adjustable Monitor Stand fits 13'' to 32" LCD Computer Screen, Notebook Up to 17'', with Clamp/Grommet Mounting Base, Holds Up to 19.8lbsWhatever you choose, make sure the clamp can stretch approximately 2 inches or more, as recommended by the designer.I purchased this desk for my home work space in a 9 x 9 room and the desk looks better in person. The table top has a wood imprint. I got it in white with the black legs and its nice. It's really easy to put together. Directions are not hard. This will work perfect for my two monitors set up along with my laptop and set up for LIVE's I also like the hook on the side that's available for my blue-tooth headphones. It took me forever to find a desk I actually liked while trying to save a previous desk I purchased the earlier part of last yr. This desk was the better choice, considering my work space needs have changed. While I did get it set up in the end, it's very clear these things are churned out with no quality control at all, final look is nice and for the price it's not bad but I had a lot of trouble getting it together, mainly the legs, they just did not line up with the screw holes at all and I had to unscrew the smaller rails for it to sort of bend into place and then screw it all together and hope for the best. It's VERY wobbly when set up too, there's two extra metal struts included to make the desk more stable but the holes they're supposed to attach to have no threads and so are completely useless. My advice would be to sandwich it between a wall and a set of drawers if you decide to keep it.I would go elsewhere if I were you, the only reason I kept it is because of the price and I don't have the time to get it sorted out since I work from home and needed something now, fully intend to get something better later on.However the desk does look nice provided it comes without any damage (I've seen other reviews that show damage right out of the box) and when combined with a nice monitor riser like the one in my photo, it's not too bad. If I had known what it was like before buying, I wouldn't have got it. Get something else!Great looking product, only if they ever actually deliver it! It's a scam, they take your money then you stuck forever between the shipping company, amazon and takes ages to get your money back! Worst experience ever!Wasn’t the easiest to assemble and can’t figure out why have excess screwsDoesn’t appear to be very stable ?The pocket doesn’t fit into the end of the deskGlad I didn’t pay full priceMy partner has been using this desk for working from home in a very limited space in our apartment. It fits the space near perfectly and it's sturdy with plenty of space underneath. No complaints for the price. The desk not good, not worth the price
